How will we use the information about you?

That data is used completely anonymously, in order to determine the number of people who visit our website and the most frequently used sections of the site. This enables us to continually update and refine the site. We would be rather disappointed in ourselves if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product that you have purchased from our online store. and we will refund products that have not been personalised on your behalf. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of making your order provided we have not sent your purchase. If you have received your purchase then you can request a refund within 28 days of making your purchase. Simply, send us an email to [email protected] and we will arrange for a refund.
